The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.
We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite. With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live feedback area? My husband is restoring a 16'Sylvan boat and we picked out the lettering that seemed to fit our style and boat. IT LOOKS GREAT! Did a two tone, red and burgundy and we can hardly wait to get them on the boat after it's painted. I found your website about two years ago and kept it in my favorites for this reason. The lettering was very difficult to apply. As I was peeling the backing off (first layer before applying to truck), several of the letters stuck to the backing instead of peeling off with the top layer. We had to carefully pry these letters off the backing and roll them back on the top piece. On the driver side, an "i", an "r" and a dot to an "i" came off completely. It was very difficult to get them back on properly. I purchased the application kit with the special spray, watched the video and read and followed the instructions. We also took time to run the squeegee over the sign prior to installation as suggested. Not sure why it was so difficult. Thankfully it came out ok. Pax side is fine. On the driver side the "i" dots got mixed up, so it looks a little off, but will work. ...

We were almost pleased with the lettering but one of the T's had a crease across it that would not come out due to packaging. The packaging needs a bit of help. When I receive stencils they are always straight and packaged well behind cardboard. This lettering should also be packaged that way. Outside of that we are pleased. This is our second order I believe. I did have a picture of the T but I guess you can send only one picture. Regards Dot Dyer...

Excellent decal. Website was easy to use. Lots of choices of font, color and size. Only gripe is the shipping. Cost was a bit high and also the decal got a little bent. A piece of cardboard in the shipping envelope would prevent that....

The quality of your product and speed of production and shipping is why I keep re-ordering. One small thing. I had an order shipped to me on or about Nov 6 2013. The signs included "Five Cities" and a "FIRE' sign all in red reflective letters with gold trim. The letters/signs I used were great...no issues at all. However, I recently decided to order a few lettered signs to match and/or augment the letters I didn't use from the previous order. I found the original invoice and placed the order for additional, new signs..order #60755. My customer # is 52317, PH Klein. The new letters showed up and were great. However, the gold edge around the existing letters didn't seem to match. I peeled the cover paper back a little and noticed there was a slight color difference in the gold trim color. I understand there was a time lag between orders, but I was a little disappointed the match isn't better. I have not closely examined the reds to see if they are identical but the gold is not. The difference is subtle, but it may cause me to rethink potential lettering combinations. This feedback is intended soley for in-house information. I do not want this to be posted as a potential negative comment about you, your products and operation which I think are first rate...that is why I ordered additional letters already. I just wanted to let you know about the slight mismatch even though I used the invoice from a previous order to be sure I ordered identical items. Use the information as you will. Thank you for your time and effort. I'm not sure if I checked, but I am interested in a sign composed of reflective letters on a reflective background...do you have such a product. I would like to have a 2" x 3.5" white reflective background with blue reflective lettering (about 1.5") to read PIO. It would be place on my firefighter's helmet and everyone is bug on everything being reflective, not just the letters but background as well? It isn't a request for order at this point, just a product inquiry. Thank you for your time. ...
