The feedback area is maintained completely by our customers. We do not edit or delete posts by our customers. This means, good or bad, what our customers feel about us and their sign, decal, graphic, or lettering can be found here. After our customers receive their order, a link is e-mailed to them so they can give us some feedback and, if they want, upload a picture of their decal, sign, lettering, or striping into the feedback area. We've notice a propensity of our customers to upload pictures of their car, truck, suv, motorcycle into the feedback area - which just happens to have a picture of something we've done.
Yes, people love show off their vehicles. We're glad to help. This means the feedback area seems to favor our automotive work like windshield lettering, vehicle decals, and hood and side stripes. However, our mainstay will always be signs such as magnetic signs, yard signs, business lettering, and, well really, signs of all kinds. If you're a potential sign customer, it may take a little digging, but you'll also find dozens of customer feedback comments and pictures in this area.
We love to check out our feedback! This has been a strong motivation to keep up the quality of our service and product. We never know what is going to be posted - gulp! Is our feedback perfect? Close, but not quite. With tens of thousands of customers, things happen or sometimes some folks can't be satisfied no matter what we do. Why have an unedited live feedback area? These stripes were a life saver. They are very easy to apply, I used the wet method and placed them where I wanted them. Then I squeeged out the bubbles and let them set and dry. I then applied several coats of clear with hardener. The customer didn't even know they were decals. WOW what a great product you have. I will be back for a third order and more!!...

I bought and spent 60 dollars on two decals before these. I got really bad bubbles and they would not lay down really good. I thought I was doing something wrong. Finally I bought my last set from Sign Specialist and that took me less then 5 minutes to apply both of them. No bubbles what so ever. I wish I would have bought here first and saved 60 dollars. Great service, reasonable prices and fast shipping. I will buy from again soon....

Wow! I ordered these on-line on Thursday night and Fed-Ex delivered them on Saturday morning. Great service for a custom order or for that matter any order. I absolutely love my decal that I ordered! I saw a bumper sticker with the saying, thinking it fit my personality to a "t". I'm the mom of a family of cowboys, so I chose to use the "Saloon" font. I have had SignSpecialist.com do the vinyl lettering for 4 of my trucks so far. There is a reason I keep coming back. Decals made it look like a new truck. Easy to apply. Small defects in the black border of one of the Z71 graphics. Touched up with a black sharpie but don't know if it will wear off. I'm ordering a second set to replace the defective one. ##### REPLY ##### Sorry for the problems. This is the first we've heard of this. A replacement will be sent out in the morning, at no charge, with Next Day Air. Sorry for the problems....

Product arrived extremely fast. I was able to place the lettering on my back window by following the easy to install directions. This is my first ever lettering install and it was as easy as 123.
