“Was a little bigger than I thought. A real picture or actual size would have help my decision but it looks pretty close. ### response ### Thanks for your feedback. You mentioned it was a bit large. Was it the size you requested (2.00 inches Height x 19.68 inches Width)? Also you mentioned a real picture or actual size would have been better. On the real picture, that would be cool! If we had our products sitting on shelves waiting for orders, we could snap some shots of the actual product. But since the product you order is not made until after we get your order, the preview image works pretty well, but the suggestion will keep us working on better lettering previews (which we think is currently the best in the industry). On the actual size, again, let us know if your lettering was not the size you ordered. Again, thanks for the feedback and any additional comments are welcomed. ### response ### The size of mine is fine, I just misjudged the size calculations so it was bigger than I thought. I am happy with it though and will most likely buy through you again. Thank you. ” |
