How did Brad Lloyd feel about the decal, signs, lettering, or graphics from SignSpecialist.com, Wildstripes.com, or NameMyBoat.com.  The following is what Brad Lloyd posted:

“First I want to comment and say that your pricing beats anyone on the market and as far as I can tell the quality of the vinyl is just as good. One area that I believe you can improve on is your webpage. It does not allow you to easily switch fonts without a lot of retyping and selecting the page of fonts you want to check. It became very frustrating to the point where I almost decided to go to another vendor. I received my order very quickly and for a reasonable shipping cost. The quality was as I would have expected, but I did have an issue with my Hail Port lettering. On line the lettering showed 3” from the Top of the letter to the bottom of the “g.” However, when I measure the lettering it was about a good ¼ inch too tall and would not fit in the location I selected on the boat. I called customer service and was helped immediately. She did agree that the website showed the letters being 3” total on the screen and would sending me a replacement if I paid for the shipping. I felt this was a good compromise. Overall very pleased, but I am confident that if addressing your website could help you close orders. The question to ask yourself is how many people visit your site and complete a transaction vs not completing a transaction? I hope you find this feedback helpful, for the only way to improve is to receive honest, actionable feedback. Thanks again!! I will send pictures once I place them on my boat! Brad Lloyd.”
