“Re: Ord. # 106237 dated May 25,2006 STRIPE Graphic Vault Striping Image FF484.jpg The stripes that I received were not the right color combination. My directions were red with 2nd color black as the outline shadow. Instead I received 1 set of red stripes and 1 set of black stripes. My lettering looks great!! This is the same color and outline that the stripes were supposed be. - - - - - - RESPONSE - - - - - - - I understand how at first glance it may appear your order came incorrect. As mentioned with the instructions video and the online installation instructions when ordering, all 2 color vault decals do not come preassembled (already layered as one piece). This is to make it easier for first time installers since a thicker 2 layer LARGE graphic is harder to install with a greater tendency toward bubbles. By sending in two pieces (two colors), these tendency in eliminated. Will it be hard to lay two different graphics? Not at all! Certainly this is much easier than working with bubbles! Plus the installation video that comes with all vault stripe kits gives very detailed help for first time installers. If you have any trouble while installing give us a call and we'll 'walk you through' the installation. ” |
