“Toby, Final product is awesome!!! I love it. It took me a while to install because the weather is cold up here in Syracuse this time of year and had to wait for a day when it wasn't so cold. My only suggestion is that you sent installation directions that were kind of confusing. So I used the directions from your website. I would recommend NOT spraying the soapy water on the surface first because the letters were sliding all over the place and I had to place them free hand and some of them are not lined up like the way they were received from you. Otherwise Im happy with your product but a lower price would be nice as well. Don't have a digital camera so no picture, sorry. Would love for you to see it. Thanks. John” |
